When will my order ship?
- We pack orders within 7 - 10 business days.
- You’ll get an AusPost tracking link by email.
Do you ship overseas?
- Right now we only ship within Australia. Contact us if you’d like to order from abroad 💌.
Can I return my bikini?
- Yes, within 14 days if it’s unworn, unwashed, and still has hygiene stickers/tags.
- For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms can’t be returned if the seal is removed.
Do you do exchanges?
- Absolutely! If the size you need is in stock, we’ll swap it for you.
What if my bikini is faulty or I got the wrong one?
- Email us with photos + your order number within 7 days and we’ll fix it—refund, replace, or resend.
