I just placed an order; when will it ship?

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and production of your order.

What is the delivery time?

Our orders will be shipped based on the distribution center the product is sourced from.

• Average delivery time to the Australia: 5 to 20 business days
  
• Average international delivery time: 17 to 45 working days

Certain circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) may cause shipment delays. Although most packages arrive on time, our carriers may experience delays. Therefore, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the carrier.

Will I receive a tracking number?

We track every order. Tracking will be available once your product ships. Each product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers around the world, as our product research team dedicates time to finding quality products at affordable prices.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel it within 24 hours of placing it for the cancellation to be effective. If the item has already been shipped, please email Julia@treanime.com.
